All of our pasta is made on-site, by hand every day, from Italian flour and the freshest eggs from our friends at Sapling Eggs (AKA: The Egg Lady) in Knutsford, Cheshire.
Our Neo-neopolitan pizza is made fresh in our Italian pizza oven, following the traditions and artistry of pizza from Naples - the birth place of pizza.
